• We can coordinate speaker travel, transfers, accommodation and visas, liaising at times to suit them, wherever the location, whatever the timeline.      
• We will assist with review of their material so they are optimised for your audience, allowing sufficient time and appropriate software support for peripherals and rehearsals.  All the information they require will be held on a password protected secure server, accessible by them from any device with internet access.
• Through our own internet based secure software your speaker will be able to view up-to-the minute data on attendees to their sessions, through our online secure software, giving them the opportunity to ask questions and give the most appropriate presentation.
• If travel for a speaker proves impossible, we can facilitate their participation via satellite link, video conferencing or other live streaming means.
